This allows qualified companies residing within “local” limits to apply for a bidders preference as part of the specific bid/proposal.

Request for Proposal (RFP) for Sale of Used Projector

1. Introduction
Wray School District is seeking proposals from interested buyers for the purchase of a used projector currently owned by the school. The projector is in good working condition and is being sold as part of an equipment upgrade. The selected buyer must comply with the terms outlined in this RFP.
2. Projector Details
The projector available for sale has the following specifications:
Eiki LC-WBS500
Remote, cords and mounting bracket included
Approximately 1500 hours left on the 3000 hours of normal bulb life
The projector is sold as-is without installation or training services.
3. Proposal Requirements
Interested buyers must submit a proposal that includes:
Company or individual name
Offered purchase price for the projector (no minimum bid)
Proposed timeline for payment and pickup
Any additional terms requested by the buyer
4. Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Offered price (50%)
Buyer’s ability to complete the transaction in a timely manner (30%)
Any additional terms or conditions proposed (20%)

All submissions must be received by March 7, 2025, 5:00 PM. Late submissions will not be considered.
6. Terms and Conditions
Wray Shool District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
The projector is sold in its current condition with no warranty or support provided.
The selected buyer must arrange and cover the cost of pickup.
This RFP does not constitute a contract.
