Wray High School Boys Golf mandatory practice starts July 31st at 3:30 pm at the golf course. Athletes MUST pick up their iPad at District office at 3:00 PM before heading to practice. New Student Registration will be held on August 1-3 from 7:30-3:30PM. Returning parents who are not able to come to student registration on July 24th or 25th have to call the District Office to schedule a time to come in on August 1-3. Appointment is required.

We finished the March Madness 2023 Book Bracket this year. We read all 16 books and then voted our favorites to the Final 4! We highly recommend Dragons Love Tacos 2, Definitely Do Not Open This Book, The Brain is Kind of a Big Deal, and Meteors! Definitely Do Not Open This Book by Andy Lee was voted as our Championship book of 2023. We highly recommend you check out some of these books for the summer! Happy reading!

We've had a busy week in second grade. On Friday afternoon, the second graders were able to have a little fun as they learned how Mentos candy reacts with soda. The science behind it is, as the Mentos candy sinks in the bottle, the candy causes the production of more and more carbon dioxide bubbles, and the rising bubbles react with carbon dioxide that is still dissolved in the soda to cause more carbon dioxide to be freed and create even more bubbles, resulting in the eruption.
Hemos tenido una semana muy ocupada en segundo grado. El viernes por la tarde, los alumnos de segundo pudieron divertirse un poco aprendiendo cómo reaccionan los caramelos Mentos con la soda.
