The 3rd/4th grade Christmas Program will take place on Tuesday, December 20th at 9:30 am in Kitzmiller Auditorium. Parents are welcome to attend. Wray School District in conjunction with the Wray Police Department has conducted an investigation on the reported incident today. It was quickly determined that there was no immediate threat. Both agencies agree that there is no tangible evidence of a threat to Wray School District. We will continue to work with the Wray Police Department to ensure the safety for our students and staff. All district activities will resume as normal on Wednesday, 12/7/22. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Due to the potential lack of attendance, the Winter Band Concert will be rescheduled at a later date. All high school practices will take place as usual. Bus routes will run as normal. Good Afternoon, Per Wray School District Admin, there is a rumor going around that there is a possible threat against Wray School. We are investigating this and have contacted law enforcement. At this time we don't feel there is a threat, but we are still investigating this incident. We are not on lockdown and are continuing school as normal. Important Dates for December!

We had a small but mighty group recycling today! Since the beginning of the school year, the 3rd-6th graders have collected around 1750 pounds of plastic, tin, aluminum, cardboard, and paper to recycle from the school. Great work Recycle Club! ¡Tuvimos un pequeño pero poderoso grupo de reciclaje hoy! Desde el comienzo del año escolar, los alumnos de 3ro a 6to grado han recolectado alrededor de 1750 libras de plástico, lata, aluminio, cartón y papel para reciclar de la escuela. ¡Gran trabajo del Club de Reciclaje!

The PE department is excited to announce we will be doing the first round of the Elks Hoop Shoot starting on December 5! Every child from 2nd to 6th grade that falls into the age criteria will have the opportunity to compete in class. The top 3 winners from each age group will advance to the district competition on December 16 at 4:00 pm here in Wray. Winners from the district competition will be announced during the boys half time game against Chase County. ¡El departamento de educación física se alegra de anunciar que haremos la primera ronda del Elks Hoop Shoot comenzando el 5 de diciembre! Cada niño de 2do a 6to grado que cae en el criterio de edad tendrá la oportunidad de competir en la clase. Los 3 primeros ganadores de cada grupo de edad avanzarán a la competencia del distrito el 16 de diciembre a las 4:00 pm aquí en Wray. Los ganadores de la competencia del distrito serán anunciados durante el juego de medio tiempo de los niños contra el Chase County.
