The WES student council picked pumpkins at Kettleson’s Pumpkin Patch yesterday for our contest and fundraiser. Preschool through sixth grade homerooms will each decorate a pumpkin. Starting next week, students may bring change to vote on their favorite. Top three classes will win a prize! All donations will go to the Manna Pantry. Please stop by during conference to check it out in the elementary hallway!

Los salones de clases de preescolar a sexto grado decorarán cada uno una calabaza. The third grade celebrated three students that have passed their math facts for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. The award ceremony included the presentation of medals and the singing of the National Anthem together in the Eagle's Nest.

Miss Annette’s preschool class learned their colors. As a fun activity, the kids picked out their favorite colors and painted a shirt with their handprints.

Friday, October 14th Wray Gym to support breast cancer fighters, admire the survivors, and celebrate hope for a cure.
Sidney Freeman & Sydnee Cheek are hosting Pink Out as their FCCLA Project. They will have bracelets, necklaces, shirts (available onsite or preorder with the link below), snacks, dessert raffle, & the ability to donate to Wray or Yuma hospitals.
ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO LOCAL HOSPITALS to help offset costs for breast cancer detection.
Come celebrate the fighters and donate to help others beat breast cancer.

All 2nd through 5th graders were able to be a part of the audience for the production of "What Could it Hurt?" Be sure to ask your child about the performance and its important message. The show was performed by 6 of our local students and they will be traveling to Idalia and Holyoke to perform for their schools as well. Thank you for bringing this show to our elementary students!
